Mk 10S Flush Doors
Half Hour Resistance

High Density Three Layer Particleboard Construction.
44mm thick. Average Density 630Kg/M3.

Lipped all round with 8mm lipping. These Doors are manufactured to sizes and configurations to suit the specifiers individual requirements.
These versatile internal doors offer the specifier a wide range of sizes and glazing configurations, together with various facing and finishing options, including choice of matching veneers, plastic laminates, or primed, to provide a base for an excellent paint finish.

Mk10S Doors have extensive Fire Certification to B.S. 476 Pt22 1987, when the door or frame is fitted with the appropriate intumescent strips. Position and size of intumescents can vary according to the size of door required.
Maximum Glazed Area up to 0.54M2 which may vary according to leaf size and configuration required. Heights of overpanels will vary according to the overall height of the door + overpanel. Weight 27.7Kgmz

To comply with the Fire Certificates the Mk10S doors should be hung in hardwood or softwood Frames with a minimum density of 510Kg/m3 and a minimum web thickness 32mm. Doors to be hung on 11/2 pairs of hinges secured with twinfast screws

 

Mk 10H Flush Doors
Half Hour Resistance

High Density Particleboard Construction. 44mm thick.

To comply with the Half Hour Fire Certificates Mk 10H doors can be hung in softwood frames minimum 70 x 32mm with a minimum density of 450Kg/M3 and a minimum web thickness of 32mm. The maximum size of softwood frames is 2250 high or 1000mm wide. Doors to be hung on 1'h pairs of hinges secured with twinfast screws

 


Mk 12T Flush Doors
Half Hour Resistance

45mm Solid Laminated Softwood Core 100mm deep Horizontal Top Rail over 2440mm high * Faced both sides with 9mm Chipboard or 9mm MDF. 8mm Hardwood lippings on 2, 3 or 4 edges

Available with Concealed intumescents in single doors when hung in hardwood frames. These Doors are manufactured to sizes and configurations to suit the specifiers individual requirements.
These versatile internal doors offer the specifier a wide range of sizes and glazing configurations, together with various facing and finishing options, including choice of matching veneers, plastic laminates, or primed, to provide a base for an excellent paint finish.

Mk 12T Doors have extensive Fire Certification to B.S. 476 Pt 22 1987, when the door or frame is fitted with the appropriate intumescent strips. Maximum Glazed area can go up to 0.75 but, may vary according to the type of glass, leaf size and configuration required. Heights of overpanels will vary according to the configuration and overall height of the door + overpanel required.
The maximum overall size of door overpanel can be as high as 3.700mm.

To comply with the Half Hour Fire Certificates the Mk 12T Doors can be hung in softwood or hardwood frames 70 x 32mm (Pairs of doors 90 x 40mm) with a with a minimum density 450Kg/M3 and a mimimum 32mm web thickness. The maximum softwood frame size is up to 2300 high x 1000 wide. Door should be hung on 1 ½ pair of hinges.



Mk 12F Flush Doors
Half Hour Resistance

Lightweight Half-Hour Door. 45mm Solid Three Layer Tri-Laminated Hardwood Core 25mm Deep Horizontal Hardwood Top Rail sith 10mm x 10mm groove. Faced both sides with 4mm exterior quality hardwood plywood. Also available with 6mm or 9mm MDF for internal use.

These Doors are manufactured to sizes and configurations to suit the specifiers individual requirements.

Mk 12F Doors have extensive Fire Certification to B.S. 476 Pt 22 1987, when the door or frame is fitted with the appropriate intumescent strips (20mm x 4mm). Maximum Glazed area 0.72m per leaf.

To comply with the Fire Certificate Mk 12F Doors should be hung in minimum sizes of 70 x 32mm softwood frames with a with a minimum density of 510kg/m. Mimimum 32mm web thickness. Intumescent strips must be fitted into the door or the frame.

Mk 10 External Doors

44mm Solid Particleboard Core Door, 32mm framing, faced both sides with 4mm External Plywood, with 8mm lippings.

These doors are available with 2,3 or 4 lippings. However, we strongly recommend they be tipped on all four edges, particularly so, when hung on exposed elevations, with little or no protection from the elements, and when they are required to open out.

We do not recommend the use of microporous stains on external doors. It is essential that the appropriate number of coats of a suitable external polyurethane varnish be applied to the external face and all four edges.
